How can I make a return?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

An order normally cannot be modified or cancelled once placed – however if we haven’t yet sent it out – we may be able to adjust it for you – however this based on a case by case scenario. Simply email us at hello@lucyjean.com.au

Can I upgrade to Express Shipping?

If you place an order with Express Shipping, it will usually be fulfilled within 24-48 hours (please note we do not ship on the weekends), and then will take 2-3 days to be delivered. 
We currently offer $5 express shipping Australia wide.

Where is my order confirmation email?

An order confirmation email is sent automatically when an order is placed. After confirming that your order confirmation email did not go to your spam/junk folder and you believe you are missing it, we would be happy to assist if you contact us at hello@lucyjean.com.au

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, Lucy Jean will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

Returns

Can I return or exchange a product?

A product may be exchanged if it is sent back:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

Free shipping is not offered for returns.

Please indicate you are returning a gift in a note with the return — this way the buyer will not be contacted. Otherwise, the return credit/refund will be applied to the buyer.

Once we get the package back, we will process the return, and we will give you a one-time-use coupon code in the amount of the return

Is there a time limit for returns?

Yes, to qualify for a full refund the return package must be postmarked back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund.

Sourcing & Production Values

Does Lucy Jean use ethical sourcing for all clothing and how do you monitor that? 

Yes! We are meticulous about who we work with and how each piece is made – from start to finish.

Lucy Jean Clothing is designed in Perth Australia and made in Bali and is most certainly ethically produced. We have visited our factory numerous times – we are vigilant in ensuring all our production processes not only maintains a high ethical and sustainable practice – but it also provides a good work environment for those that are a part of it.

No child labor, no forced work environments, they pay fair wages, options to work from home etc. Our production facility which was originally started by 2 Australian women – is a small production business – with under 100 employees – its almost like a little home away from home.’
